Our screw machines are continuously being rebuilt and reconditioned to maintain close tolerancing. We are very competitive in close tolerance low to mid volume screw machine work. Bar capacity up to 2-3/8 diameter.

5 – 2G Brown & Sharpe up to 1-1/2 inch bar capacity

4 – OOG Brown & Sharpe up to 9/16 inch bar capacity, 2 have Lipe bar feeders

3 – Index B-60 high precision screw machines, 4 cross slides, 8 position turret, single point threading, 2-3/8 diameter bar capacity

1 – Index B-42 same as above except 1-5/8 diameter bar capacity

3 – Davenport multiple spindle screw machines, ¾ inch bar capacity

2 – Hardinge DSM 5A hand screw machines, 1-1/16 diameter bar capacity

2 – Hardinge HSL 59 speed lathes, 1-1/16 diameter bar capacity
