Sales/Use Taxes

Pricing does not include any sales, excise, use or other taxes, brokerage fees or duties. Buyer will be liable for all such taxes, brokerage fees, duties or tariffs.

Pricing

Prices in the Mapco store were effective at the time of development. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders through the website will be billed at the current prices, and any typographical errors will be subject to correction.

Due to the current pricing matrices on this website and rounding differences. The actual cart pricing may be slightly different then your actual billing amount. 

Delivery

All orders will be shipped and backordered within 1 day. Orders with flats will be shipped within 2 days. Mapco offers a variety of different options to ship. We will ship orders by UPS ground, Blue-2nd day air, Red-Next day air. Shipments will be UPS collect or prepay and add. If at any time the order exceeds UPS maximum weight we will ship by freight carrier. Freight carrier will need to be specified by customer and will be sent collect. All orders are FOB shipping point Canton, MI.

Damaged Merchandise

If a UPS shipment arrives with visible damage, refuse the shipment. If a UPS shipment arrives with hidden damage, review the contents and extent of the damage and keep the original packaging for the carriers inspection. Damaged to trucking shipments must be noted at the time of shipment. If there is visible damage sign the delivery receipt as “package received damaged”. If there is hidden damage contact the carrier as soon as possible and keep the packaging for inspection. Call Mapco at 734-829-0020 and speak with Customer Service within 24 hours to report damaged merchandise

Condition of Sale: Custom Parts

• Terms: Net 30

• Mapco reserves the right to ship +/- 5% of the order quantity
• All returns must have prior approval and require Return Authorization Number
• Any part modified or altered by someone else other than MAPCO not subject to return
• Cancellations are granted only when parts are still in process. Buyer agrees to pay for material and labor cost incurred. Completed parts are not subject to cancellation and Buyer agrees to pay purchase order price.
• Engineering changes must be submitted immediately. Pricing will be adjusted to reflect changes. If parts are in process or completed and cannot be modified Buyer agrees to purchase and pay according to original agreement.
